Our training team is a very close, and tight group, consisting of individuals who have expressed an interest of a long term relationship with us as part of our training team.

Those individuals who do form long term relationships with us, we support in their development assisting them to further their own training and assessing career, helping them to improve their current skill sets or acquire new ones.

We do not keep a list of ‘bank’ or ‘freelance’ trainers to fill and run courses we want a long term association with the right professionals who fit well with our current team; sharing our same vision about our learners. We do not have a “Quantity” or “bums on seats” mentality; we want the right facilitators with the right group of learners who all share the same goal.
